Analyze; explore; write; share | Students will be given scenarios to analyze. Each scenario is designed
not only to provoke a discussion of ethics and decision-making, but also to help them begin to explore the issues involved in journalism decisions. Students will be asked to work in small groups to discuss the scenario and to consider a number of solutions. What might be the different ways of handling the situation? They will be asked to consider who the ethical stakeholders might be in each scenario. Then each student must write their solution and share it with the class. |
